Issue Tracker
The Issue Tracker allows you to report bugs, request features, and provide feedback directly to the Snappit team.
Located in the bottom-right corner of the interface, it’s your direct line to our team—helping us improve Snappit based on your real-world experience.
Key Features
🐞 Report an Issue
- Click the Issue Tracker icon in the bottom-right corner to open the panel.
- Select "Report a Bug" to let us know about a problem you’ve encountered.
- Fill out the form with:
- A clear title
- Description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce
- Optional screenshots or screen recordings
- Click Submit to send the report to our team.
💡 Request a Feature
- Choose "Request a Feature" from the tracker panel.
- Describe the feature or improvement you’d like to see.
- You can include:
- Use cases
- Suggested workflows
- Any relevant attachments
- The more detail you provide, the better we can understand and prioritize your request.
🕵️ Track Submission Status
- After submitting, your report will be logged and reviewed by our team.
- While the panel does not currently show live status updates, we may follow up by email if more details are needed.
📣 Feedback is Welcome
- Use the tracker to share feedback or suggestions about the product—even if it's not a bug or feature.
- Your input helps shape the future of Snappit!

- Be as descriptive and specific as possible when reporting an issue or suggesting a feature.
- Attach screenshots or screen recordings to help us understand the context quickly.
- You can continue using Snappit while the Issue Tracker panel is open—it stays docked in the corner without interrupting your workflow.
